Yeah not good news. Lets see what comes out of it. Tesla had some big fires at the start of Model S. I wonder if external factors in the garage contributed...

I wonder what the ambient temperature was? Maybe They had recently charged it and somehow overcharged it. Like you say, lots of questions!

Probable short circuit caused by :
Battery internal fault, relay , damned rat even .

Even if battery fault was 0.0000001%, someone is going to get it .
Bit like a condom, only 99.5% effective
