I'm struggling to confirm/locate a replacement battery. Some of the motor factors websites show options which won't fit because of the plastic cover on the positive terminal lead. Existing battery is Solite mf48 23gl. This is 550cca.
Any advice. In UK. I guess that I need a battery which basically has a flat top so the terminals can easily fit the posts.

Vata are Bosch in disguise, good batteries.

Plenty of places sell them on the web/ebay but you need to mail Vata to check the date codes.

The big plastic covers on the batteries come off.

I fitted one to my 2009 diesel ok with the big + cover one side and the battery monitor on the other. presumilarly similar to the pertrol.
