Ah yeah a short trip down the south west recently. Perth to Collie via Arthur River Roadhouse. Arthur River has a temporary diesel powered fast charger and Collie has a new mains powered jobby. Even with big elevation changes, heavy rain and standing water, strong winds and highway speeds it still managed 171Wh/km consumption. Still close to 400kms on the highway. In the city it can do 500kms to a charge easily. Perhaps more with a lighter foot.

Thanks for that! Next time I'm over visiting Dad I'll have to see if I can have a ride please.Still haven't been in an all electric vehicle yet.  :happydance:

Obviously with my hybrids I've experienced slow speed EV but not at highway speeds.
