i think its on private land.like a practice track. hes not bad with the driving skills.

I believe the lads who pick up bad habits and drive like maniacs on the public roads are pretty much other than these who have access to actual rally cars and practicing tracks.

I believe Kalle in the video is one of the lucky ones to get proper training and attitude to rallying, problem will be kids who try to imitate him on public roads.

A wannabe-rally-driver is far more dangerous on the road than a true rally driver.

This is exactly why the Finnish have produced multiple world rally champions over the years, check the stats page here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_World_Rally_Championship_records and look at the number of Finnish flags

Loads of them in the 70's and 80's came over to the UK for their big break and we ended up seeing big names such as Alen, Mikkola, Vatanen (both Ari and Tatu), Gronholm, Kankkunen, Makkinen, their car control was simply exquisite to watch and for me really were the greatest years of rallying
