Thanks guys. I had a busy one. Went up to Launceston with Trish she caught up with friends while I caught up with Ash and Odin who is growing fast. Ate unhealthy pizza and cheesecake but both were yum.

By the time I'd also had several long video chats with the lovely Leilani my day was very full. 😎

I worked out a fair while back the secret to living successfully with Parkinson's disease is to keep yourself to busy to notice the symptoms. That's a bit of an over simplification, but with 2 ex wife's, a wife and a girlfriend that is 25 years my junior there is a lot to like about my life at the moment.

I've made lots of new friends in the last couple of years and despite a marriage break up have been able to keep the amazing home I built 12 years ago and even improve it. It's massive and on 2acres so that alone is another thing keeping me busy.

I'm staying quite fit general health wise touch wood for my age as well. 🤞🙏

One of my few regrets is I have very little time to get on here 😢.

Glad to hear, mate. I am sensing a positive correlation when you say: "...a girlfriend that is 25 years my junior.... and I'm staying quite fit general health wise".
