Can we upgrade the DAB to have Sat Nav ?

Hello all, UK newbie here !  Were looking to purchase an Hyundai i30 1.0 T-GDi Blue Drive S Euro 6 (s/s)   . It only has a DAB radio in it. Is it possible to somehow upgrade/ replace  the screen to have Sat Nav  as well ?
