Yeah but snowcherry, you have to agree Anna hasn't done anyone any favours (nor Luca). I still feel for the poor hospital staff with their unresolved pay issues. I know a couple of them, one who's been affected and one who hasn't.
The backlash is to be expected and on top of that, the NSW state government is no better (speaking as one who lived there for 14 years).

it's a federal election not a state one. i'm pissed off beyond belief anna is trying to sell the state off, but one thing at a time.

I wasn't necessarily trying to justify the situation. Just pointing out that Anna's rep in Qld sure soured things for the Commonwealth Gov't.

yer true. i was reading how the liberal/national coalition party in queensland pushed them across the line as well rather than splitting the votes as it used to in the past. doesn't bode well for the next state election really, and anna should be highly concerned and hopefully pays attention.
but i think i was just trying to say originally why i wouldn't vote for a certain person; sometimes gut feelings - you just have to go with them y'know.

Oh so true. Agree 100% on gut feelings.
And I have to admit my wife's are better than mine although she's a liitle less tolerant of the borderline ones than I am.

I can relate to that my wife is tolerant with the grandkids but not much else

Yeah. Grandkids are great.
Unfortunately I only have one (so far) and he is literally on the other side of the world.

But we had fun when he was here a couple of months ago.......
