I have bought a used i30 PD 2017 without reverse camera, but regular reverse sensors. Car came with detachable towbar, and to my frustration, when installed, it permanently triggers the reverse sensor, sounding the closest proximity constant sound, even though no trailer or anything is attached to the towbar. It's just the presense of the towbar itself.

I know I can turn off the sensor next to gear console, but that can hardly be the intention, when nothing is attached to the towbar. Haven't had this issue in other cars.

What are your experience or advice?
