I30 2009 peteol.Hole in metal pipe that goes from heater matrix goes through the plastic bit on engine and down to thermostat housing, do know what the pipe is called looked all through the Internet to try and find out what it's called to order a new part I don't know if there is a way to do a temp repair on it as the hole is right next to the bend before goes through engine and right next to the T that goes to another flexi pipe, put new thermostat in and changed spark plugs due to cylinder 2 misfire

Forgot to mention its a 1.6L and  got a 1 pipe coolant bottle have no idea why or how that works, it was over heating on the Sunday that's just gone (27th) so took thermostat out and ran it without the thermostat temp didn't really go up apart from sat in traffic, replaced thermostat Tuesday (2nd may) noticed the hole tried to plug hole with high temp silicone stuff but got worse, can't take to garage as they cost a arm and a leg, so if anyone has any idea what the pipe that runs from heater matrix to thermostat is called so I can get a new one would be great

if you try www.partsouq.com and search using the VIN of your car, you should be able to identify the part from the diagrams, and once you have the part number you can use that as a search term to see where you can get hold of one. Either a used part from a breakers, or a pattern part from someone like Autodoc.
