hi all does anyone know of any heavier duty springs from another model that fit the rear of a i30 n line 2025 model hatch, as its lost about 15mm due to a decent size stereo in the boot and id like it sitting back at factory height and it to take the weight a bit better , john

Suggest contacting specialist suspension companies .  I've used two, Fulcrum Suspension (supplied and then re-valved  my Tein coilovers for my track-driven 2006 STi) and Eibach Suspension (supplied Eibach front and rear springs for the car, post Tein-days).   

At the time, both companies provided friendly technical information and advice on their products.  They, and I'd guess many others in the field, should have a compatibility/swap out list of what would fit your car. 

thanks for the reply but i went to pedders for my old car and the price scared me , hence hoping someone knows of springs and shocks out of another model that i can pickup and just fit myself , i already own some coilovers to suit thinking being adjustable could raise it,  but realised they dont adjust enough to bring back factory height .

Ok, understand now.  I didn't get from your first post that weren't just looking for technical advice on what other models would suit your needs, but you also wanted to see if forum members knew of any available for you to buy/pickup/fit 'em.  All good.

Can you access a rig to stretch your originals?

no i don't have access to anything like that and looking at the rear springs they're pretty light,  i might have to remove a spring from an i30 at the wreckers and compare that to other Hyundai's at the wreckers to find a heavier duty spring that has the same top and bottom dimensions.

That's fair. The topic title does mention raising the ride. You look like you're seeking stiffening it to avoid lowering under load instead.

thats exactly what im trying to achieve .. not raising just bringing back to factory height with stiffer springs to take the weight
