Can anyone recommend an online workshop manual, that will give me recommended torque settings for nuts and bolts, but won't load malware onto my laptop? In the old days I would just buy a Haynes manual which would list torque settings, now they only do online versions which appear to be quite superficial. Gone are the days when they would actually buy a car and take it apart themselves.

I find so much conflicting figures out there for the hub nut torque, from 200 ft.lb, to 200Nm. Some of the YouTube videos are great to see how it's done, but as often as not they use impact wrenches and not torque wrenches, and even when they do use a torque wrench, they don't say what they've set it to. The cars are also never quite the same as my car.  As the torque setting can be safety critical, manufacturers really ought to provide this information for free.
