Hi pete.

Seeing as you are in icy UK at the moment, could it be that your water lines (or water bottle) is frozen? Or did you notice the pump had "failed" before this wintery weather?

My pump, which services both front and back, has been replaced so it's not beyond possibility that it's gone south, if indeed it's not just frozen solid :D

Welcome to the club too.

Cold weather = frozen water in the tubes.

DO NOT activate until they have thawed out because if the motor fails I wouldn't be surprised if HY refuse as a warranty repair.

Hi Pete.. Welcome to the club.. Hope it is just frozen (save a trip to the dealer)

Could even be a fuse or the power connection come off the washer motor...
