I know there have been lots of threads on the dropped cover issue, but I noticed this pic on Ebay today of someone selling a rear beam axed from an i30 on ebay.

The great thing about it is the really good picture of the "Dropped Shock Cover Syndrome" if you look at the shock on the right, that's how it should look, and if you look at the one on the left, that's what it looks like when it's come adrift and starts clonking!
