My 60 reg I30 needs new wiper blades, due to the rubber spliting, these are not the aero style blades, but have the large plastic casing and what looks like a conventional wiper underneath, apart from its not, dealer wants £41 for each wiper, which is truely shocking, hopefully can replace just the rubber, but they need to order parts believe it or not, anyone else had similar problems.

They are not the ones, my wipers appear to have a conventional blade connected to the plastic casing as if it houses that blade, however the arms that hold the rubber are connected to the plastic casing not the blae i will try and take a picture, but it does look like you can change just the rubber.

Are you sure they are not these that it appears all i30's in the UK come with?

(cheers eye30  :goodjob:)

Can also get these from Halfrauds for £19.99 for a pair of front ones but must admit mine lasted over 5 years on my last car   :D

Are the same as here in Spain, once removed the black plastic pieces, one side is a metal pin that holds the rubber, stands with a flat screwdriver carefully and gum leaves, then low and put the black pieces again.

Dealer has managed to get wipers covered by warranty, not bad eh, he also confirm drivers side £41 & passenger side £35, he has sent email to Hyundai UK asking why they so expensive.

Well done but I think it should be covered. Interesting to see if Hyundai bother to justify the price. Keep us updated if they do offer any reason.
