 Information of members.  I sent a letter to Customer services

at High Wycombe, UK regarding a Franchised dealer, on 10th May 2011

To date, no reply has been received.

Hyundai Customer services in my opinion, does not seemed concerned?

Stories from recent memory suggest that a recorded/signed-for letter always gets a reply.

I never had a problem getting replies to my emails to HMCUK; often it wasn't the reply I wanted, but a reply was always forthcoming. However, a recorded snail-mail letter to the chief got me an instant result to an issue I once had (spare (free) key fob)

Thanks for your reply.

If I do not receive a reply from Hyundai, within

the next few  days, I will  consider sending a letter

by Recorded delivery.
