Is all hot water communal?

i.e. not produced by each individual home unit.

What happens if the home units at the beginning have a rush on hot water.  Do home units further down the supply line just get cold water?

no idea about other buildings, but living in 5-th floor we sometimes experience a fall in hot water stream

well, at least I will still be driving a Korean car, even though it is produced in Europe as well as Hyundai i30
my new Cee'd is gonna be a little brother of i30

Nothing worse than getting to Friday then finding out something you are waiting for isn't going to happen until next week

We are waiting on a new TV and and it looks like a similar situation

- have to take a taxi tomorrow to get to my work
+ signed a loan contract yesterday
- a bank made a mistake, by adding one additional letter to recipient name  (АВТОБАН - needed; АВТОБАНК - written), my attention was concentrated on verifying account number and other bank datas, so I missed that letter
+/- in the evening that day I went back to a bank and applied for correction, that will cost me 1500 rub. A correction will be made on Monday after 12 o'clock, unless dealer has received money in spite of mistake

+ have watched "The hunter" film today. A nature of Tasmania is amazing, so is Russian  .  Has any Tasmanian tiger stayed alive?

I just found this .. We watched the movie last night on Bluray.. Excellent Cinematography, directing and acting but I found it a bit slow (I have the attention span of a gnat) 

As to your question about the Tasmanian Tiger. My feeling is from sightings by older people that there may have been a few still in the Wild after the last one in captivity died (say in the 40's and 50's) but I strongly believe they are all gone now...

They had limited time and a limited budget to do the movie so there was a lot of even more spectacular and diverse scenery they didn't show.
