They sometimes add it to the vodka I'm told.  :scared:

Good news: After a long time deciding on a new AV receiver my new Anthem MRX300 arrived yesterday.

Bad news: The front right channel doesn't work so it will have to go back again. :(

- why UK visa application is so complicated, it should have entered Schengen union and admited visas of other European countries, such as Finland etc to get more tourists  :undecided:   (I have been thinking of flying to UK for a week, but visa application makes it impossible: too many papers are needed, damn, I would better fly either to Italy or Germany in November during my next vacation).
+ nice weather outside

yeah it makes it easier; my mums a pom. Like just stated, you don't need a visa being an aussie, but if you ever want an extended stay with some work in Europe, you can do what I did this year and get a British passport, no real reason not to I figured.

+1 :)

Woke up to find a speeding ticket on the doormat earlier today, 36 in a 30. I wondered if there was a 30 limit on that road so on my way back from Tesco tonight I filmed that bit of the road.

There is a 30 sign dammit, so they got me bang to rights I suppose.

Mr Plod must have been hiding in the hedge. I'd probably have been going faster if I hadn't got me owd mum in the car at the time. :)

See how the car in front disappears out of view when I'm keeping to 35.

Now do I just take the fine and points, or attend their speeding course. Probably the fine I think.

Well I knew it would be 30 after where I turned off - 'coz that's where the school is. :)

Oh well, first speeding ticket for 40 years and that wasn't the only time I've exceeded the limit in the time in between, so maybe I'm not doing too bad really.
