This year has been good for wind until the last month or so.. Weather is supposed to improve later in the week (and it's always better on the coast than in Hobart .. IMHO)

I've managed to play tourist a couple of times since being here.
Yesterday I got away for a few hours and visited here

- I punctured my rear left winter tyre yesterday in the evening, when I was driving backwards and rode over a road curb (a hole is beyond a repairable condition - it is on a sidewall) 
- a punctured tyre requires a replacement - so 100 Euro for a new one + removal/installation expenses
+ at least I tested that small wheel, which is typically situated in a boot under a floor and turned out to do its job well - I didn't notice any difference in performance when I was driving with this wheel installed
+ I've got a girlfriend finally  (too much time has been spent, before I found one, who matched my needs)
+ 4 days to pass
