Been meaning to build this for the cats for ages,but up until just recently haven't had the materials to do it,got a heap of mesh the other week (old shelving panels) so it is all being made from recycled materials and other than a bit of time cost is Fook all

I just can't believe what some people throw away,especially big businesses

I built a cubby house for knix for my youngest daughter about 16 years ago out of display panels and stuff being discarded after a shop refit.

I haven't been on much of late,as I have been trying to get so many jobs done before my surgery on Thursday,Not Forking looking forward to that(surgeon said I'd be out of action for almost twelve months)so had to get cracking on with my jobs.
First was the Kitchen,strip out and refit(not finished but good enough to use)

and as I wasn't real happy with mark 1 front door,now that I have more equipment(which I have been getting bit by bit)this door Mark2 only took me two days from start to fitting,the new thicknesser/Planer I have recently acquired made short work of what took me ages on the last door in planing and sanding

amongst all that I've clean out the office made a crude Hospital Bed base that can be raised one end,as I'm told I'm going to need it,or I have to sleep in a recliner for the first couple of weeks.

Well spent 5 hours in surgery Thursday night doc had to do more than he thought he had to do fork me I don't think I have been inthis much pain since my head on with a car on my MC in 77  but like 5hen the pain will eventually gp away so yes PPL I'm still breathing  so you have to put up with me for a bit longer yet

In SJG Mt Lawley used to be Mercy hospital when i was here 20 odd years ago wasn't much fun that 5ime either  could have gone home yesterday  but neither I or  the surgeon was happy with that so opted to stay another night will go home today when sue can get down herecan get home and finish welding up my pot belly for the shed
