One of the members said that you may remove the ECU fuse to disconnect the ECU...I guess its a better way!! so the radio and clock setting wont reset!

I'll have to look in the handbook for the fuse location - it does seem a better way to do it.
It's a myth mate don't bother unless you have plenty of time on your hands
most of these guys know there cars inside out.
