I am currently watching a programme on Channel 4 about why we have had this weather and the presenter is in Scotland's Cairngorm Mountains. This area regularly gets -20C and lower but is usually accompanied by up to 100mph winds and according to the programme the windchill with those numbers is equivalent to -70C.
Looks like Scotland!!
Does not look like Iceland, To many trees and to much snow

Crispy winter holiday morning today - sunny skies, -22°C added with frrheeeezing wind. At my place, the tempereatures have stayed below 0°C since december the 12th.I'm lucky to live in the warmer part of the country, some had it drop down to -41.3°C last night. Expecting a snowstorm to arrive for the night.
