Thanks Dave, dads doing pretty well now except for the low blood pressure problems.

Spoke with mum yesterday, she was hoping to fly back in a couple of days but the doctor has said not for another 17 days yet.

Wow! Another 17 days + 14 days Quarantine? So they won't see each other for another month!

Yep, Mum went into hospital on the 23rd of March so quite some time before they’ll meet up again.

Things are moving along nicely, mum's back as of last Friday, very relieved and excited to stand on Aussie soil after 3 months...I think she may have been more excited to get her phone back

She's in great spirits and treating her next two week stint in the hotel as the beginning of her holiday, The Westin Perth http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/perwi-the-westin-perth/ have put her up in one of their 5 star suites so she's got lovely room with great views and great food...much better that the shoddy old Duxton Dad got hauled into.

Dad is almost back to normal, blood pressure much more stable now and I've been feeding him up so he's put about 8kg's of the 15kg's he'd lost back on

Absolutely brilliant news. I reckon there is now about a 50/50 that I'll be getting over there in July to see Dad for his 98th Birthday..
