Here's some on ebay......

Thanks, yes, those are the one's from Motoquipe I've been eyeing off (just need to convince the husband how bad the canvas one's are ;))

That's the mob I went through.

Obviously they are taking profit from the new model. There are others on ebay, don't know how much they want though.

Good to know they were good though! I hate buying things sight unseen! I was worried about the back panel being that cheap cruddy mesh stuff that seems to run into big ladders in 5 seconds.

And yeah they are :( I messaged a few people but most of them on there are for the previous model.

... a couple of towels ...

This is what I want to do. Just have to convince the other half.

Sounds like a solid plan to me. I can't even make my daily use of the gym without a towel so it's bound to always be part of your cargo in any case.

Yeah, I like it too (and yep, not allowed to train at our gym without a towel in hand either-always a few of them in the boot).

Considering the custom one's mostly because it'll be a compromise (other half is adamant we have seat covers.)

Yep, Bob gets what he wants around here until Sue doesn't want it, then Bob has to concede.

I know my place.  :Rubbish:

I came across the carry case for my seat cover set and it shows the product is Spanish made. Here's the site, and you can order online. If you're interested and need any help with the Spanish, let me know.

Thanks :) Umm perhaps a link directly to where I can find seat covers? Google translate has found everything from snow tyres to child seats and I can't find a search function for the life of me  :-[ Thank you!

Does seems a lot of stuffing around just for seat covers... :undecided:

Think I'd be just buying them locally....

Yes, I'm procrastinating. I couldn't make a decision if my life depended on it (I live by the motto "I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure ) I'm waiting on one more quote and then I think we'll likely just order the one's off ebay :)

Edited for typos  :undecided:

Well, good luck with whatever ones you end up going for.... :goodjob:

Actually, if you wait long enough, the kids will be grown up and off your hands and the hubby and your good self will be past going to the gym...

Thanks for that one :) I did actually find them based on some good reviews/opinions on this site. However they quoted me:

Fronts - $210 for the pair
Rear - $190
Freight - $15

The other company has the whole lot, front and back, with shipping included for $239. Those one's a little ouchy on my hip pocket. Appreciate the link though :)

does tying up these seat cover underneath the electric seats causes problems with the electrics.. and also have heated seats , so you can't get the bum tabs thru between the top and bottom seats.....

We have some canvas one's currently on the front seat. They do up underneath the chair without bothering the electrics under there, but you can't slip the middle one through the back of the seat (we don't have heated seats-the regular one's don't allow it either). We just left it under the cover sitting on the seat. Hasn't made too much of a difference I don't think. Maybe doesn't sit quite as flush in the seam under your bottom as it should.

I don't know about the new flash I30 but on the old FD you can run your hand along the bottom of the seatback you will find the clips that hold the little bit of fabric that is there for looks. You can then get access to push the tie thing through, you will have to leave the fabric folded, because you won't be able to clip it back.

If that makes any sence....... :undecided:

***WARNING*** in the old FD there were/are some sharp steel edges under the front seats which can cut fingers so be careful under there  :whistler: (Could be the same in the new model)

I couldn't find any on the wife's 06/11 build. Perhaps they improved it over time?

Possibly, I know some original members of the club (including me) with a March 2008 build CRDi drew blood
