I do! I'm stuck in Edinburgh for another night. Not that there is anything wrong with that per se, but I'd rather be going home. Ditched my plane ticket in favour of a Virgin Express train tomorrow.

Its a beautiful evening (cant see the ash!) so I'm going to sit outside my hotel, drink some ale and wait for a spectacular sunset.

That is a nice temperature... We are having a colder spell now battling to get to 16c or 17c maximum and hovering around 14c or 15c and regular rain showers (guess the colder weather had to come sooner or later..

Summer has finally arrived to Finland, temperature went yesterday up to 26°C at my place (some were lucky to enjoy the record 29.4°C temperature). The forecast promises 27°C for today...

and the weather is absolutely gorgeous.

It'll still take a week or two to get the nature to its full blossom. To compare, only a week or two ago it all felt something similar like they had in Manchester-Bradford area during my visit to UK in late january...

Just in the process of helping organise a night golf social evening for my wifes work mates. See Dazz, there is no excuse.

As posted elsewere, I'm into weather these days. My latest toy is a weather station and associated software that uploads to my website and reports to the world weather at my house. It's rather cool now, but in the summer, when we have a heat wave, it will report the extremes as the happen. members.aussiebroadband.com.au/muster

(we have an indoor/outdoor sensor) but only for humidity and Temp plus a Good Nylex Rain Guage.. Not up to your standards

Thanks Dazz,

It's been a learning experience for me. Taught me a lot about websites and HTML which I I have enjoyed dabbling with. I've even set up a Gadget that sits on my Windows 7 desktop and reports realtime results via my website.

All up, cost me $115 for the weather station (eBay), plus a few lengths of galve tubing + a hell of a lot of time. Software I am using is free (Cumulus).

A
1. If you can see The Cairngorms, it's going to rain.
2. If you can't see The Cairngorms, it's raining.

Do what I do when I want peace and quite.

Put it on divert to the office chatterbox.

Keeps them happy for days as they think they are getting the info only meant for the gaffer and not for general consumption.
