I think all car drivers should have to be motorcyclists first,then they would be more "aware"and safer drivers.
No worries, I'm probably more aware of them cos' I know how much damage they'll likely do if you hit one while riding....
One thing that really gets on my goat is the proliferation of wire rope barriers in Australia....While these may be effective for cars, they can be deadly if hit by a motorcyclist.....

he was speeding,so the accident is automatically his fault. if the girl on the bike was a car,it still would be his fault for speeding. remember Russ its an offence to speed,so he is in the wrong and going to be charged with culpable driving and will loose his licence for a very long time,he may even go to jail for a while. in America its called vehicular homicide,your off to jail for a very,very long time. her fault? if that was somebody you knew on the bike,would it still be their fault? i think not.
